Unlike many of our competitors, we operate with a single point of contact for your temporary and direct hire staffing needs. Although every Consultant participates in the recruiting efforts for all open job assignments, only one recruiter will be sending the client resumes. The account manager will personally screen each potential candidate and will represent them on behalf of our recruiting team. We will never send out a candidate without meeting them first.
