*What type of formal and in-formal training will I be offered and are they on-site or off-site?
*Does the company offer coaching or mentoring programs?
*Does the company encourage further education and do they provide tuition re-imbursement?

*Is the job temporary, temp to direct, or direct hire?
*How often do I get paid and does that match my requirements?
*What criteria determine pay increases and the cycle of performance reviews?
*What benefits package do they offer and when does health coverage and 401K begin?
Balance
*What hours do employees generally work at the office?
*Do employees work at night or week-ends?
*Will my job require travel or time away from the office?
*Does the job require all work to be performed at an office or a combination with off-site networking?
*What professional organizations are current employees members and am I required to join and participate?
