Kathy Dawson has enjoyed over 26 years of staffing experience in the Orange County market place. She is a Certified Staffing Professional (CSP). She utilized this expertise in her recent position as Regional Vice President. She handled Alaska, Washington, Oregon, California and Utah. Her experience working for a Fortune 500 Communications firm for 5 years early in her career taught her the keys to running a successful business. After being introduced to staffing she excelled at team work, superior customer service and efficient business processes. She managed over 120 staff members while developing a forte in the Direct Hire niche of the staffing industry. Her passion for the Staffing Industry made her a natural in teaching the right way to source and service for our clients. She is a well known speaker and trainer in the industry traveling to most of the Western United States to share her enthusiasm about the Staffing Industry. Her hands on approach and proven Recruiting and Staffing techniques continue to make her Clients and Candidates very satisfied. She developed the unique business strategy to give the clients what they want in a way that works for all parties involved. She has had the pleasure of working with 1000’s of clients to help them get the right person at the right time. Ann entered into the staffing industry working as a Recruiter and Account Executive for one of the largest privately held staffing companies in the Nation. She then moved on to one of the largest publicly held staffing companies in the World, grossing more then 5.3 billion dollars a year. Her title as Implementation Specialist allowed her to implement and train customers and candidates on the company’s electronic timekeeping system and ultimately increased its usage by 100% in less then 3 months. Within a year she was promoted to the title of Supervisor of National Accounts where she managed 8 national accounts, billing more then 8 million dollars a month, as well as supervising 3 other co-workers. In her most recent experience as a Branch Manager for a firm in Irvine, she developed the company’s sales presentation and met and maintained 100% of her sales quota. Ann has the ability and experience to work with both large and small companies and is able to communicate well with both clients and candidates. She treats everyone as though they were her only clients and prides herself on her loyalty and dedication to excellence.

Randy is a seasoned staffing professional with 18+ years of hands-on experience in the staffing industry. He is a Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist (CTS). He was born, raised and educated in Hawaii. He is likely to say mahalo to all he meets. His family is rich with the Hawaiian Island traditions. He started his 18 year staffing career with an International staffing firm that specialized in Accounting and Finance. He then advanced his career by spending 12 years with a Regional Southern California firm prior to rejoining
forces with our President. His client base ranges from annual sales of $500K to $500 M. Dorene Garrett has been in the Staffing industry for the last 10 years gaining great expertise working with many well respected, highly visible companies. These firms have a multitude of disciplines and focus. This experience has allowed Dorene the ability to build a broad base of staffing knowledge, essentially becoming an expert in many arenas. Dorene is a native to Orange County, CA. and therefore truly understands the social-economical –work force environment in this area. She graduated from California State University of Fullerton with a degree in Communications. She is currently pursuing her CSP (Certified Staffing Professional Designation). Dorene started her career with one of the nation’s largest finance and banking institutions. She was involved in the finance and mortgage departments bringing in new accounts and leading marketing activities for the Western Region. Dorene then transferred to the Staffing field where she excelled in developing new business for start-up departments and branches. In her experience as a Senior Recruiter and Account Executive for two top 10 national and international staffing companies and a regional financial staffing firm, she developed a full service staffing process that was in high demand. Her expertise in sourcing quality candidates, qualifying their skills and abilities and sharing them with her vast network of clients kept her ahead of all her competition. Her extensive client base includes mortgage, accounting, finance, healthcare, and title/escrow companies. Dorene’s consistent track record of staffing success comes from her unique, full cycle approach at developing long term relationships with the client and candidates alike. Sophia Konugres has over 16 years of Human Resources expertise. She is a Certified staffing Consultant (CSC). She successfully graduated with a Human Resource Management, Bachelors of Science degree from California Polytechnic University. She was a member and Vice President of the Pi Sigma Epsilon Fraternity and also Vice President of Personnel for the Pi Sigma Epsilon National Business Organization. Her Greek family ties taught her a very strong work ethic that allowed her to graduate while simultaneously managing many people and projects throughout her college career. She is currently pursuing her CSP (Certified Staffing Professional Designation). She was hired upon graduating by a local, high profile staffing firm in Newport Beach, California. She enjoyed a fast track 5 year career including being the firms Top Producer five years in a row. That’s where she initially connected with Dawson’s current President. They have known each other for over 25 years and were the ‘dream team’ from the start. Sophia has the ability to communicate very well with the clients and candidates. She excelled at everything she did which ultimately led her to take on a Branch Manager role. She then assisted the firm with growth and held management positions in the cities of Orange, Los Alamitos and Newport Beach. Holly Files has over 13 years providing excellent professional services to her clients in the Title, Mortgage, Advertising and Communication industries. As a native Southern Californian she has achieved much success. She graduated with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology and a Minor in Women Studies from California State University, Long Beach. She successfully worked her way through college while playing an active role in the Delta Delta Delta Sorority. She held leadership positions of VP of Public Relations and Chaplin while participating in numerous philanthropic events. At present, she is pursuing her CSC. (Certified Staffing Consultant Designation). Holly’s experience began when she was hired by the top Title Corporation in the United States where she quickly excelled at building client relationships. Her ability to clearly understand the needs of her clients and to take action made her a top producer. She believes in working hard and going above and beyond for her clients. His on the job training in Staffing and Human Resources include staffing for multiple plant operations including medical manufacturing-plastic moulding, heart valves, Cardio Vascular and Cardio Pulmonary. He has held various positions including Plant Manager, Materials Manager Purchasing Manager and Production Manager managing up to 300 employees. Staffing was an important key to keeping the operations running efficiently. You will enjoy working with him as he has first hand knowledge of what it is like to be you.
