Kathy Dawson has enjoyed over 28 years of staffing experience in the Orange County California, Western United States Region and National market place.  She is a Certified Staffing Professional (CSP).  She utilized her expertise in her recent position as one of 4 Regional Vice Presidents for a National Search and Staffing firm.  Her prior experience working for a Fortune 500 Communications firm for 5 years early in her career taught her the keys to running a successful business.  After being introduced to Search and Staffing she excelled at team work, superior customer service and efficient business processes.  She managed over 120 staff members while developing a forte’ in the Search, Contract and Direct Hire niche of the search and staffing industry.  Her passion for helping people made her a natural in teaching the right way to source and service for her Clients.  She is a well known speaker and trainer in the industry, traveling nationally to share her enthusiasm about the Search and Staffing Industry.    

Her hands on approach and proven track record recruiting for top clients continue to make her a sought after talent broker.  What sets her apart is her ability to truly ‘get it’ by developing long term relationships that allow her Clients to be very satisfied.  Her unique business strategy is to give her Clients what they want in a way that works for all parties involved.   She has had the pleasure of working with 1000’s of Clients to help them get the right person at the right time.  She has demonstrated these results throughout her several decades of hands on experience making the right match.

Larry Dawson has over 25 years Managerial Manufacturing experience in the Orange County area. He graduated from the Naval Academy with his Bachelor of Science degree. He completed post graduate studies in the Nuclear Power program. He served our country on board an air craft carrier as the Engineering Auxiliary Officer. His further education includes a MBA degree in Finance from Pepperdine University in Irvine California. He is currently pursuing his CSP (Certified Staffing Professional Designation).

His on the job training in Staffing and Human Resources include staffing for multiple plant operations including medical manufacturing-plastic moulding, heart valves, Cardio Vascular and Cardio Pulmonary. He has held various positions including Plant Manager, Materials Manager Purchasing Manager and Production Manager managing up to 300 employees. Staffing was an important key to keeping the operations running efficiently.

You will enjoy working with him as he has first hand knowledge of what it is like to be you. The staff must perform and be dependable to ensure everyone’s mutual success.
