We actually visit each and every company site prior to seeking Candidates, when ever possible.If our clients are nationally based, we do an extensive debriefing of the hiring team. This allows is to know all the keys to making solid referrals of qualified individuals. This step in our process is critical in that we are able to see our clients’ environment and needs first hand. · Single point of contact Unlike many of our competitors, we operate with a single point of contact for your Executive search and Direct Hire needs. Although every Consultant participates in the recruiting efforts for all open job searches, only one consultant will be sending the client resumes. The Account Manager will personally screen each potential Candidate and will represent them on behalf of our recruiting team. We send only the best Candidates that have met or exceeded rigorous screening processes. Therefore, you only have to select from our top 3 Candidates that have been selected from hundreds of individuals that did not meet your exact criteria.
· Thorough screening/interviewing Our interviewing and screening process is unparalleled, as we represent only the top 10% of our Candidate pool. Unlike other firms, we are not resume brokers-nor do we function as a volume recruiting firm. To demonstrate this point, it is important to note that our Consultants do not utilize a database to make matches-we actually know all of our Candidates on a first name basis and can fully describe the Candidates’ qualifications, experience and personality type without referring to a resume.
· How We Find Our Candidates We recognize that advertising for talent is not always 100% effective. Therefore, we utilize that resource on a limited basis. We have learned that our strong personal network throughout the Orange County area and beyond has been vital to our success. More than 75% of our placed Candidates were referred to us by a Candidate or existing client. In many cases, our client becomes our Candidate and our Candidate may even become our client! We also utilize a high level of sophisticated networking that supersedes most staffing firms.
