All in a Day’s Work – An Average Boss’ Day

Have you ever wondered how your boss spends their day?  Since Boss’ Day is just around the corner on October 16th, I started to think about what our company leaders deal with on a daily basis.  The Center for Management Organizational Effectiveness (CMOE) illustrates it nicely in the graphic below.
