After law school at UCLA, George was a Navy Lieutenant and JAG officer representing the United States in criminal trials in Greece, Spain, Morocco, and on ships at sea. He is also a former judge pro tem of the Los Angeles Municipal Courts. He opened his own law firm in 1983, and now The Food Lawyers® defend food companies in federal court class actions, provide regulatory advice and handle business transactions.
