Introductory Needs Assessment

Dot_maturedecsion

Before we start the recruitment process we conduct a detailed needs assessment ensuring a complete understanding of your individual hiring demands. Within 48 hours of your request a representative from Dawson & Dawson, Inc. will visit your company location to meet with you personally. Our experience has proven that a company culture match accounts for 75% of successful hiring decisions. We feel it is important to see first-hand your unique company culture and clearly understand your business.

Research & Direct Recruiting

We don’t simply rely on key words in a resume database to ensure the best fit for your hiring needs. We carefully tailor our searches to your specific needs by evaluating cultural fit and performance potential of every candidate. Our recruiting techniques include sourcing for current skill sets, emerging technologies and next generation trends. We have the knowledge and creative ability to design a recruiting plan tailored to your specific needs.

Our in depth interviewing techniques evaluate the potential candidate’s:

Presenting the Candidates

Unlike other firms, we are not resume brokers-nor do we function as a volume agency. We would rather sacrifice a placement opportunity than send unqualified or inappropriate candidates. Once we receive the job description we will begin our process of finding the best suitable candidates for your consideration. Your Dawson & Dawson, Inc. Representative will present our top 10% of resumes to review. After interviewing your choice of candidates, we are confident you will agree to make an offer of employment.

Final Selection/Offer and Negotiation

Once a hiring decision is made Dawson & Dawson, Inc. will extend the offer of employment to the candidate.  Expectations such as dress code, hours, wage, length of assignment, and other details specific to your company are documented in our Start Summary Contract.  Unique to Dawson & Dawson, Inc., the Start Summary Contract sets employment expectations to facilitate a smooth on-boarding process for the future employee.

Quality Calls

Dot_Contact
Our job doesn’t end at the placement. We are there through the on-boarding process and beyond. Fundamental to our quality customer service is an open line of communications.  To make sure everyone is completely satisfied we make regular calls to check in.

On the first day of the assignment we will call 10 minutes after the scheduled start to be sure the employee arrived safely.
Three hours after the arrival call we will check in to be sure everything is going well and address any concerns at the moment.  If you are not satisfied with the employee in the first 4 hours, you will not be billed for those hours.
We check in with the employee weekly to make sure they are still happy and address any concerns. We will openly communicate with client and employee to address and resolve questions, concerns, or complaints regarding work conditions, or any other matter involving the terms and conditions of employment.
