For over three decades Dawson & Dawson’s President, Kathy Dawson, has provided contract, direct hire, permanent and temporary employment for thousands of candidates. Kathy Dawson, CEO/Founder, literally grew up in the staffing industry. She worked her way up to the executive ranks for one of the largest corporate national staffing firms; ultimately holding the position of Executive Vice President. She led a team of over 120 employees in as many as 30 branches throughout the Western United States.
Then, on MARCH 17Th (St. Patrick’s Day), 2008 Kathy, who is Irish, was ready to make her own mark. “Life’s too short,” she says. “Corporate America has no flexibility, but I can change with the times.” Dawson & Dawson, Inc. was founded with a committed approach to be twice as good as the competition in Search & Staffing.
